If you go over calories you can do some jumping jacks to burn that off or run in place. 😁

When you start a diet, within the first week, most of the weight that comes off is water retention. And that can be around 4-6 pounds. Then in the next weeks you lose the average of 1-2 lbs per week. This is why when we eat more after, the food and liquid stays in our body and we gain 4-6 pounds back.

I'm on my second days and I already lost 1kg.Idk maybe it's just water weight but still, it motivates me to continue my diet.I ate food that has less calories but make me full.That's why i don't feel hungry at all.:)

This is what I do, 1,200 but I’m a 5’10 male. Lost 14lbs in 25 days. That’s including days I cheated after getting migraines. When I cheated tho I only went up to around 1,800 sometimes just 1,500. Ate 1,052 calories yesterday and lost 1lb lmao. Highly recommend cutting your diet to however many calories you have energy on, don’t use diets from the internet you’ll either get fat, starve or lose nothing. Or somewhere in the middle if you get lucky lmao.

It's refreshing to see you included a beer in your diet. I am on this diet and I tend to skip breakfast as I'm not really bothered about it and normally not hungry anyway. Fortunately I'm also not into snacks, so I can enjoy bigger meals.

I do this but i dont have a scale at home. In early 2020, i was your weight and i still have that as basis. I also exercise i dont know what weight im in now 😂😂

Your first meal of the day contains a lot of calories if you’re trying to eat only 1200 calories a day. Thats why you feel hungry. Try eating eggs with spinach or mushrooms. Or oatmeal, protein shakes. That contains lees calories what makes it possible to eat more times a day

just fyi, i think you overcalculated the cream cheese bagel w/ smoked salmon by aloot. the bagel seems to be on the thin side and a couple pieces of smoked salmon doesn't have that many calories. it looks more like 350 cal 🙂
